too hot even on warm, March 3, 2012 By eaglebeardog (oregon) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Crock-Pot SCVC651-F 6.5-Quart Oval Countdown Slow Cooker, Stainless Steel (Kitchen) ok i have tried this for several months what should be cooked on low for 6 to 8 hours cooks on low in 3 to 4 hours and about the same on warm ordered it for the programmable settings but will be tossing it and trying another if i put it on in the am for supper (the reason i bought it) food is way over cooked even when i cook on warm more recent reviews dont seem to be having this problem so perhaps it has been corrected like i said i have had mine for about 6 months
